    Isn't that the truth?

Combo for the win this week, very cool indeed.

Thanks Tim. As I implied, the whole combo gets a fair bit of wear. In fact I now never wear that shirt without the Golden Horse and the anchor cufflinks.

Sure, but I think you'd also agree that it is without doubt the least attractive all original Manhattan of all. Don't get me wrong. I am quite fond of this watch. It gets more wear than most of my vintage gp Rados and more than a few of my steel ones.

    Started with Bulova Accutron,

    Received the Helgray,

Decided to sell the Helgray and switched to the Sea Raider,

Went into the office for the first time since 5 March, and wore the Rado Chronometer,

Arrived home from the office to find this STEELDIVE bronze awaiting,

You win the award for the most eclectic week of watches Brad. Congrats on the bronze Steeldive, it'll be interesting to see it develop a patina to go with the vintage lume.

As the others stated that is a great shot from the Balboa 20!

Here is mine with grey hands:

Thanks Marcus, I looks like they've used a black minute track to go with the grey hands on yours, interesting, such small variations on 2 otherwise identical watches. Nice 7 row!

    One of my favourite Rados.
The design sums up the boundaries they were willing to push. I don't know if any other manufacturer managed to fix the markers to the underside of the crystal so effectively.

    a stunning StratoJet!!
Amazing...just needs the OEM bracelet to be complete.

Kevin, could you provide me measurements off that Manhattan V?
I started a thread to compare that model with the Sea Raider. Any details you can share would be welcomed!

A nos stratojet I picked up with missing half the movement when I got it, a Manhattan that I brought back from the dead, and my Captain cook Diastar today. 866D676A-5E2E-4220-BAEC-8FEAD2B8BEA0.jpeg B20703E0-D216-40F1-8BAE-FAA87304751C.jpeg 30C1486D-AE21-4B61-AF96-4AC8AB6FA4E8.jpeg

    My week

Monday was the Triple date Soleure with this badly outdated photo to represent it.

P2270065 by Hank Blanc, on Flickr

Tuesday, a favourite watch, cufflink and shirt combo; Hyperchrome golden Horse, 1962 LE cufflinks an, well, the shirt speaks for itself...

    20200929_103117 copy.jpg

Wednesday the Model 400 on a diModell honey brown strap. I think this watch looks pretty good on every strap I have ever put it on, excpet the brown american gator strap that came from RGM. Which is a beautiful strap, just not fight for this watch.

Yesterday it was back to the Soleure for the full moon, but this time with a current photo

And winding up the week with this. I am perversely proud to own a 100% original version of probably the ugliest Manhattan ever.
