  • Rado 42mm Captain Cook BOR bracelet

Wondering if anyone has any idea how to remove links from the Rado beads of rice bracelet. Removing the pins are no problem, but I can't seem to get the sleeve out. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hello and welcome.
Can you post a picture of where the problem is please.
    Mine came apart relatively easily.

May be able to get pix later, but don't know what good that would do. I have removed the pin completely, but the links will not come apart. I am assuming that there is a sleeve that holds the pin in the bracelet link, and that is what I can't remove. If there is no sleeve, did you just pull apart the links? Just doesn't want to separate. Thanks for your help.

There is a sleeve that passes through the inner links. Once the pin has been removed you need to push the sleeve out, I used a spring bar tool to do that, and then the links will come apart.
        Hope this helps.

Well, feeling a little on the dumb side, now. Didn't realize the outer links flipped up to expose center beads of rice to remove sleeve. Really easy after that. Thanks again.
