Well I'm glad to see we're back up and running again, so let's celebrate with a belated FF post. Here's my lot.

Last weekend's DS36. I got this out to take some photos for Marcus regarding his new acquisition last week and decided to put it on.

Quite a worrying day after noticing that this place had been hacked, many thanks to the brain boxes that resurrected it.

Another busy week. What little time wasn't spent on the gala was spent harvesting veg, processing tomatoes and hot peppers. I've started on the seventh different hot sauce (second fermented one), dried and powdered, dehydrated for regular use and to make packages of peppers for Chile Colorado. And then, regular work.

              My week was distinctly unfunky.

Monday was as funky as the week got.

              Tuesday, a different chronometer.

              Wednesday, Longines Heritage

              Thursday, debut flagship D-Star

And winding up the week today with this configuration of the Model 400 on black croc.

Busy weekend ahead too. Enjoy yours gents!

Hard to fault from any angle.

Thanks mate, I'm glad we had choices to make, it was a pretty close run thing as to whether it would be up and running in time. You've certainly had a stellar week, hard to pick a winner when they're all winners but if I must choose one, it's your Lapis DS14 this week.

Thanks Henry, it was a blow to once again see the forum go down to one of these sad deluded individuals who have nothing better to do with their lives, and I'd like to thank you and all the crew who had a hand in the rescue mission. I'm going with one of my favourites in your collection this week.

I concur Scott. It is one of the finest Diastars ever.

I had very little/ nothing to do with any of the work getting it up again Tim, but I do appreciate it from those who did.

I know some people hate the date on most Longines heritage pieces, but it does not bother me at all on the 1935.

Thanks Tim. I've had to wait a few more days before being able to reply. Thankful that all seems back to normal now.
