    How long can i expect the battery to run in this watch, i have never timed it before but i am now curious to see how long they last, thanks guys.

    Cool watch!
    I wish I could tell you how long a battery should last. I suppose it depends upon which battery you use, how well maintained the movement is, and whether you pull the crown when not in use. I've got a similar model, one generation earlier than yours, I would guess. It belonged to my granddad and is a little older than I am:

      Looks great , it was re-built a few years back now, and its been serviced since so mayba that helps.

        I had this one fully $erviced just under 2 years ago and I've recently replaced the battery, so I reckon about 18 months. It's hard to be accurate, cause who knows how long the batteries are sitting on the shelf before you buy them.
