It does look good, and plausible. If someone faked the case back, they went to significant expense to mill it from 18k gold and, presumably, the entire case would be faked, or else I would expect the gold color not to match perfectly. I hope someone will post here if they can confirm that a non-shooting star back was used on any gold Rado chronometer.
