Roland and the team have updated (or should I say back-dated?) the RGM Ref. 222 to include a model inspired by the 'boxcar' RR-approved watches of the 1900s.
The new version, Ref. 222-RR, features an off-set configuration (for wearing on the left wrist), a vintage high-grade Hamilton 10-size movement, and an enamel dial with traditional 'boxcar' numerals.
Here's a photo:

This model was revealed back in September at RGM's 25th Anniversary event.
I hope to visit RGM soon and have more to write about this model.
Let me know if you have any questions.

PS. This style of dial is iconic--it could be found, with many variations of numeral thickness and chapter markings, on watches made by Hamilton, Ball, Elgin, Waltham...even RR-approved Bulova Accutron wristwatches. A 24-hour variant was also seen for use on Canadian rail lines.
