WorG: Vintage Seiko...
This was posted by RoverGuy78 on TZSC. I think it has a really cool bezel and a sharp dial. I'm not convinved that they work together. Maybe seeing the watch to scale would help. This large photo possibly accentuates what may only be minor dischord.

Something does seem a bit off, but it may be just the large picture size. If it weren't for the blue "Sports" writing on the dial, I'd assume that the bezel was swapped given the black indices.
I do like the dial and the bezel is cool, but I'm not sure how well they work together. I'd still give it a wind.

Seiko 6106-7117
The blue rally bezel is the original color scheme against the black indices. It was among the first pre-professional dive watches Seiko made but was predated by the 62MAS, Seiko's first serious professional 150 meters dive watch. I believe this was the period when Seiko was making bolder fashion designs on their lines, shaking off those diminutive dress watches that somehow failed in the market. Note the cushion shape is also used on the suceeding 6105-8000, 150 meters professional dive watch.
I can't put this Seiko 6106-7117 model in dive watch category, though it has a rotating 'dive' bezel and indicates 70 meters on the dial. The crown is just too small for a serious dive watch, not to mention that it does not have a screw-down crown. The motor was produced at the Suwa factory. Cal 6106 is a day/date model and comes on 17, 21, 23 and 25 jewels configurations, and its variant, the cal. 6105 (17 jewels date only), was used on the iconic 6105-8000 and 6105-8110 lines of professional dive watches. The crowns of these dive watches are not screwdown owing to the type of quick-set calendar mechanism employed: push-to-set. Else the calendar might advance one day everytime you screw it down. So a different locking system was used, some sort of bayonet system: twist-to-lock.

Wind. Quite nice.
there are some more complex looking versions, but that is simple and sweet.
