It is the only automatic Borazon model I have seen with the factory match hard metal bracelet. That likely makes it somewhat newer than my other Technos watches. It has a screw down crown which is also unique. The case is like other Borazon models I have, but the rear cover is different for this watch (looks like the newer Rado models). As many Technos watches as I have seen on-line, I have never seen another like it.

Perhaps it was made special for a watch fair or some other event?

The bracelet on that is great. And it's hardmetal? Cool.

Other than the rear cover has has a few minor scratches, the watch and bracelet look new and will stay that way for a very long time...unless I manage to drop it.

The green one is absolutely sharp - and I also love Miles´ Borazon.

    Hi Mike,

    I still love your LR.

I've already mentioned that the green LR was THE watch that turned me on to 70's-80's funky watches but your LR was the one that sealed the deal. The LR cushion case is more or less my ideal watch. I think the case shape and the dial size are perfect for my wrist. I like it so much I've got it in TC, stainless steel and a slim 2892 powered TC variant as well.

    Hi Henry!

Yes, the cushion is great. I still have a SS diver version with AS-movement:

What about a compare pic with your Phantastic Four?
    Best regards, Mike

Default Old funk R line for me

    Old timer for me

Actually I'm test running it prior to putting it on the Exchange as part of the "Would I choose to wear it or my JLC/ Exacto?" option and coming up no. I haven't worn it in a year so hopefully some one else will give it a good and useful life.

    Hi Mike,

Nice diver. A while ago there was an LR diver for sale on ebay. It had the original sales receipt and had been purchased in 1989! The guy wanted something like $800, or some equally ridiculous number.

Here's an older picture of The Brute Squad to tide you over:

In the back row are a huge GP 2324 and an SS 2324, powered by AS 1876 movements.

The front row L-R, SS 1624-2 with ETA 2836-1, TC 7724 with 2836-2 and my $30 7827 low profile TC with the ETA 2892 inside. All except the SS 2324 are on LR signed bracelets. The 2324s have domed acrylic crystals and the rest have the typical LR sapphire crystal.

    The 7827.

    1624-2

Between Cindy and I we now have more than a dozen Louis Rossels. Cindy has at least two of the women's cushion cased LRs, a nice little GP dress model (or two?) and a couple of lozenge shaped ones. I have at least four more LRs as well.
