Very fun! Enjoy
We've made it past the freezing point today. This morning my son decided to go sunbathing in the 36F heat wave.
Heading towards a week straight with the new one. I understand why so many rave about the Shogun now.
It's a balmy +3.9F here today. We're supposed to hit double digits on Friday!
Wearing the Sea Dweller on a cold winter day.
Nice lineup Adam!
Totally cool, if true. I'm still a little skeptical that he could have such good luck multiple times.
Congrats Jeff! After seeing that these are shipping, I had to wear my Seiko too (old photo).
Awesome Oris. I've always wished I could see it in person.
I always struggle with watch sizes. My wrists are on the small side, and most 44mm watches took too big on me. I find my "sweet spot" is 39-42mm. I do understand, though, that some bigger guys...
Here's a nice article on the new Sea Wolf reissue.
And one from a while back...
Merry Christmas to all. Hopefully you feel better than I do. The cold/flu crud caught me. Since I'm in no condition to fiddle with things, I just grabbed a trusty Seiko.
Wish I was headed there. Enjoy it!
We just got our tree Friday. Wishing we had snow.
I agree that the bronze bezel works better for the aged look. Maybe you can find a way to darken the numbers in it a bit more. That would be really hot.
Welcome back! Also, you have chosen wisely. :)
That's looking really good.
I'm with George. Better to swap out the bezel than mess with the ceramic finish. It is looking pretty cool now.
I was wearing mine, too! I also picked this up recently, and have been very pleased. I agonized over the red/blue decision, but in the end I decided that this will make for something...
BP: very nice, but I don't care for the date display.
Omega: too much like a "gimmick" watch for me
DSSD: very nice, but pretty big
SD: my choice of the lot
I'm looking forward to seeing the result. Keep us posted!
Beautiful as always, George. I'm wearing my only Rolex too.
