    Sure I would be happy to help.
    usualy with a day/date configuration you would pull the crown out one click.
    rotating the crown clockwise sets the date...and rotating the crown counterclockwise sets the day.
    My Trident 300 is date only...but my other day/date models from that period set likewise.

    I've enjoyed your posts. I think you may be the man to discuss my Rado Trident 300. I have a couple basic questions on the proper way to set the day, date, and time. I didn't dare set day and date for fear I might damage the movement. Very little info on Google. Can you help?
