    Any guesses gentlemen

    Concord Delirium?

    Omega?

I'd guess it is one of those two. Very thin quartz. Actually, it looks quite a bit like an Omega I recall seeing, but I know nothing more of it. Here's something similar but not exactly the watch I had in mind:

reflection off what appears to be an inner beveled ring looks larger on Al that on the concord... so... ??? also, the concord has lugs, small though they are, and Al's watch appears lugless.

Didn't C247 show a wacky omega not too long ago that looks like it might be? Could it be he already has an answer?

It could be a version of the Omega La Magique:

Woah! I haven't seen one of those before. That's actually pretty darned neat. Not exactly my style, but I rather dig the approach.

          Good eyes BTW.

Perhaps (on extreme close-up vs. film frame)...

Released in 1981 for a 1983 movie, timing is certainly right...

This watch was originally sold on a leather strap, but had 2-3 versions of gold bracelets available at the time, one resembling the one on Pacino's wrist.

Did consider the Concord Delirium, but that watch was almost 1/3 the thickness of this one at 0.98mm, and hence the depth of the sunken dial would not appear consistent to that of the still picture of this movie frame IMHO.

That seems to be a good possibility. I still think I've seen something that is an exact match. I just cannot find it.

I am very interested in knowing what it is too. Here I spent some time taking more screenshots:
