  • Roland just sent me this photo...

One of the great perks to being the USA's top watchmaker (and a notable graduate of WOSTEP) is being able to visit Switzerland on a regular basis.
Here's Roland (and his RGM 801 Aircraft) at the Geneva Art Museum. Pretty cool, but I bet he wishes he was in Shrewsbury last Friday!

Let's hope he's gathering ideas he can put into practice in the next fantastic RGM designs.
Meanwhile, some Swiss visitor/employee at the museum is wondering "who is that tourist and why is he photographing his watch in a room full of famous art?"

I had seen the photos on instagram. I didn't realize that they were of Roland's 801.

I'm not active on twinstaface...if he doesn't text or e-mail them to me, I only see them on the routine occasions I visit www.rgmwatches.com

He was well represented with your watch in his absence.

have a soft spot for the 222-RR. That enamel dial must look fantastic in the natural light.

Now that's a cool photo, I'd like to stand there and take that one myself one day, I'll have to put it in the bucket, along with the 222-RR.

Had we known Roland was going to see Alps, we could have loaned him some appropriate Rado Alpine models!
