Hi Chrono, I am always suprised when I find out which great mark uses this or that movement. I dont't know much about Rolex, although I have several. But as a collector of watches I think Rolex used several manufacturers to bring chronograph's to market - Valjoux, Zenith, and I may remember Landeron? I think it was only recently that they made a complication of their own. ??
As you know, there really are very few true manufacturers. Rolex was never a pioneer in any complication.
