It seemed a little out of place when I posted it on the WDF, but this place is just right!
This sign, cica 1890's, is said to be for a Certified Ball Watch Inspector. I picked it up at an antique show. The letters and design are ground/cut from the reverse and filled with some sort of gold material that looks like a foil, then covered with a red substance like a paint.
It now hangs on the wall of my Office.
