Hello all,
I figure this will generate some discussion--my plan is to raise funds for a major purchase and to give myself the opportunity to amass another significant Rado collection with a few pieces as the starting point. Note that many of these pieces are exceptionally rare and were made in small numbers decades ago. Even the modern pieces are limited (often numbered) editions. None of them could be considered common. I believe it would take several years and more than $15k to duplicate this collection. A savvy buyer could easily reclaim a few thousand by divesting a portion of this group after purchase...and still retain some very desirable pieces.

NOT FOR SALE are the 2007 Japan-only Golden Horse, the 3 Manhattans and my mid-1960s steel 56-H chronometer. Also, my daughter's Princess is not included.

Please visit my web site (http://www.watchcarefully.com/inventory.php) for details on many of the most significant pieces in my collection. E-mails to me directly are preferred --I can provide more info, photos and historical context upon request.
Note that several of the pieces included are projects including a couple Marstrons, a Trident 400 (only 1000 made), Starliner 500, Eiger, 1950s bumper auto, & a Silverlepor.

Serious enquiries only--discussion of this offer is welcome on the EOT RADO Forum (http://www.equationoftime.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11), but not here on the Rado Exchange, as it is for sales posts only.
Thanks,
Brad

Feel free to make offers on the one(s) you want and I'll see about striking a deal. I'm planning to give preference (and the best prices) to those who are buying 'in bulk.'

I do not plan to publicize the pricing--EOT Rado Forum members and friends will get preference.
Cheers,
Brad

Still selling...but quite a few of the rarest ones are gone.

Still, if you're interested in a vintage Diastar 1 chronometer, a Newtronic or Marstron, or perhaps a silver-dialled automatic alarm, you'll have a hard time finding better examples (if you can find them at all!).
