This was issued to my Dad at Officer Flight School. He said he got this along with an A-2 Flight jacket and a sleeping bag. Its Waltham 17 jewels, hacking
Just picked it up from my watchmaker, Carlton, yep he's open on Sundays!!
Total overhaul, it hadn't run in years. Broken balance staff as well. He repainted the minute hands and on his own the second red. He said, I think it looks cool if you don't like it I'll put it back to white. I said nope the red looks just fine!!
