I've got a circa 1870 Vacheron & Constantin pocket watch, several different colors gold, hunting scene in relief, etc. The crystal broke. I had it replaced but it keeps popping out. anyone know of a really good craftsman who works on these things? This one has some value to it.

You probably know this but we restore many old watches at RGM. So a crystal is not a big deal.

Posted a few days ago. Roland restored this unbelievable piece for the NAWCC museum. Yeah, he can handle a crystal.

You'll be pleased with the RGM work...they did a tremendous job restoring an uncommon 1969 gold Omega of mine...even down to finding parts that were only used on this series of 1014 watches! I've also had them work on a few other watches, each time with great results.
And a visit to the RGM atelier is always a pleasure!
Cheers,
Brad
